1. The law of supply and demand effect the labor market by, having certain effects on what is being demanded and how the supply of workers will react to the change. This includes the derived demand which is determined by demand for another good or service. Also the production of technology being supplied will drop the labor market because of the lack of necessity.
2. The equilibrium wage when a demand for workers is low and supply is high generally goes, down in labor. When you have an excess of employees and you have to much supply you wont need workers to create more supply, or it will go to waste. When the equilibrium wage has a high demand in workers and has a low supply makes, the perfect equilibrium because everything is being demanded and enough of everything is being supplied.
3. The skilled labor differs form the professional labor by, a unskilled worker being a job that requires no specialized skills, truing, or education. This job maybe helping someone move out. A professional labor requires advanced skills and education this may include a job in pool service, you must know the chemicals and knowlege of the pools.
4. Minimum wage and safety laws affect wages by, making a set wage on people in the workforce. The safety laws allow the companies to not be able to tale advantage of their employees.

Strikes are damaging to workers and companies becuase when the workers go on strikes hte company could just fire them all off and get new people who dont have a problem with what ever the problem has been about. The company on the other hand will have to deal with the fact that they will have to get new employees and may not have all the nessasary job skills.
3. The right-to-work law is, a measure that bans mandatory union membership.
4. Mediation and arbitration differ by, mediation being a settlement technique in which a neutra mediator meets with each side to try to find a solution that both sides will accept. And a arbitration is when a third party reviews the case and imposes a descision that is legallly binding for both sides.
5. Blue collar workers are typically someone who works in the industrial field and often has a job in manufacturing and receives wages. A white collar worker is someone who is a professional and has a job that usually earns a salary.
